2024 was (yet another) tough year for the staffing industry. As the market contracted, we had the opportunity to step back and refocus our strategy to better reflect our core strength: inter-brand collaboration.
Now, with the strategic realignment of our brands, continued internationalisation, and investment into our critical functions, we are uniquely equipped to support the unique hiring needs of today’s businesses.
Between the convergence of tech and finance and perpetual regulatory pressures, our cross-section of market expertise – underpinned by our newly relaunched consulting division – enable us to provide sustainable workforce solutions to the customers and candidates we serve.
Our London Launchpad
London has long been the epicentre of innovation, diversity, and business excellence in the UK, and we’re proud to call it home to our flagship operations. The city’s vibrant economy, spanning technology, finance, advanced tech, and regulation, aligns perfectly with Trinnovo Group’s commitment to connecting exceptional talent with purpose-driven businesses.
From our London launchpad, 2024 saw the successful expansion of our services across the DACH region, including the strengthening of our contracting divisions in Switzerland and Germany.
Following the acquisition of our SECO licence last year, we’re now fully equipped to support Swiss businesses with compliant cross-border talent solutions, enabling us to better support international mobility.
This new remit, combined with our strong community presence in the UK, will improve our ability to create lasting value for historically marginalised candidate demographics, broadening the talent pool in the process.
