Seeking new ways to support underserved candidate demographics and drive industry progress, we found that Germany’s commitment to sustainability, growth, workforce diversification, and innovation aligned perfectly with Trinnovo Group’s service and value system.

Our communities, like Women in DevOps, quickly found an audience in Germany, laying a strong foundation on which to support historically marginalised candidate demographics, embed ourselves into the communities we serve, and create access to hard-to-reach talent.

We’ve had the pleasure of delivering several networking events and panel discussions through the Women in DevOps community, DeepRec.ai Social, and SODA Social. This included a Hackathon with our long-term academic partner, Code Institute.

The community engagement has been inspiring, reflecting the call for greater diversification in the German workforce. We took this momentum and launched several recurring community series, including a panel discussion series called Damn that’s Good Data, and our recent podcast miniseries, Women in Data.

This platform has helped us form more meaningful connections with employers who share our commitment to creating a more equitable working future. Thanks to these connections, we’ve had the opportunity to deliver both permanent and interim recruitment solutions to the most exciting businesses across Germany, including AutoScout24, Gitpod, Trivago, Delivery Hero, and Hellofresh.
