London, Aug 21st, 2024 – Trinnovo Group are delighted to announce a new partnership with LGBT Great, the LGBTQ+ workplace membership community for the financial services industry and champions of authentic inclusion.

LGBT Great’s vision is to see businesses lead the world in LGBTQIA+ inclusion by 2035 by empowering 500 organisations and 5 million people through its innovative programmes and initiatives. LGBT Great started with five founding corporate members in 2019 and has since grown to represent 65 members globally with a combined employee population of 750,000 people.

Since our inception, Trinnovo Group have provided talent and consultancy services to leaders across the full spectrum of financial services. In that time, we’ve seen the industry evolve.

While incredible progress has been made, we know there’s a long way to go before the industry becomes fully equitable. It’s thanks to organisations like LGBT Great that the financial services space is making strides towards a more inclusive working future for all.
