​For the inaugural episode of the Ethnicity Speaks podcast, we joined forces with our charity partners, Action for Race Equality (ARE) to bring you a discussion on the journey to an equitable working future for people of all ethnic backgrounds. ARE is an anti-racism charity that challenges race discrimination and pioneers innovative solutions to empower young people through education, employment and enterprise.
