Role: Digital & Events Executive

Reporting Into: CMO

Location: London office 3 days per week; Home 2 days per week

The Opportunity

Trinnovo Group are looking to bring on a Marketing professional with knowledge and experience of managing social media channels, event management both online and in-person, digital marketing; someone who can help us grow our media engagement with our candidates, clients and communities, as well as our colleagues internally.

This is an exciting digital and events role with clear commercial alignment for the right individual who is passionate about creating content that drives engagement, helps us reach our diversity goals, and attracts talent to our business from our key international locations. Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team, as well as our sales teams, you’ll deliver real time response and proactive content on social media to drive brand awareness, enhance our reputation and raise commercial revenue.

This role will support on building automated email communications, helping to deliver lead generation to the business; continue to drive our online presence, enhance our brand visibility, and deliver our mission via our events programme.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

 

  • Social media content curation for all Trinnovo Group brands and communities on all channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

  • Maintain and manage a social content calendar and publishing schedule, ensuring a pipeline of social campaigns that are relevant, targeted and on-brand.

  • Producing regular reporting on social media performance, with recommendations for improvement, tracking. Delivering this to CMO and MDs.

 

Events

  • Supporting the CMO on managing the events programme; collaborating with stakeholders in the business to deliver events that are topical and relevant to our business priorities and their sector trends.

  • Interact with speakers and manage roundtables. Manage all events follow up activities, build guests into Automation, follow up with speakers and hosts in collaboration with Sales teams.

  • Stakeholder management for events – working with internal sales leaders and external hosts, speakers, customers, to engage them to work with us, and then manage the process.

  • Event planning including logistics, refreshments, set up with external partners and hosts.

  • Requiring travel to other office and international locations when required to manage events.

 

Website Management

  • Responsible for website updates related to content and website maintenance updates including audits of consultants, contact information, updates to copy, updating new events, updating speakers, updating podcasts / blogs. 

  • Assisting with management of our websites, including monthly calls with our website provider to continuously improve sites, implement new features, edit the sites in line with new business priorities.

  • Supporting on the new websites project, working with the wider Marketing team to help deliver new websites for Trinnovo Group, Trust in SODA, Broadgate, DeepRec.ai by February 2025.

 

Email & Paid Marketing

  • Design, automate, and monitor email marketing campaigns, tailoring content to different segments of our audience. Drive clicks and conversions to deliver leads back to the business.

  • Setting up and managing Google AdWord campaigns aligned to marketing and business strategic imperatives.

  • Setting up and managing LinkedIn paid advertising, as well as social media advertising on Instagram / Facebook, and TikTok.

 

Requirements: 

  • ·        Experience in content curation, with experience and understanding of digital marketing

  • ·        Excellent understanding of key social media channels

  • ·        Concepting and writing in English to specific markets

  • ·        Great communication skills

  • ·        Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills 

  • ·        Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)

  • ·        Excellent project management skills 

  • ·        Ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines 

  • ·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva

  • ·        Video editing skills to product reels and TikTok videos

  • ·        Tech enabled – an aptitude for systems and technology

  • ·        Google Business and Google Analytics knowledge would be advantageous
