Commercial Director
Location: Zug Canton
Office Requirements: On Site, 5 days per week
Employment Type: Full Time Permanent
Start: ASAP
The Commercial Director will lead the strategic objectives of Trinnovo Group with a focus on strategic growth areas namely Trinnovo Consulting project-based solutions and DACH regional growth while driving profitability and ensuring alignment with corporate targets and business imperatives.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this role will oversee key strategic initiatives, data reporting, customer value proposition and customer enablement strategy, ensuring execution and action on defined quarterly objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee group customer strategy and enablement including value proposition, Interbrand collaboration
- Interbrand adoption of Trinnovo Consulting and customer service/enablement across DACH region. (SME bench building and adoption of TC operating model.
- Ensure corporate budget alignment with target models and cost relative to NFI.Ensure adherence to corporate budget and set/approve corp team objectives aligned to imperatives.
- Foster synergies with Interbrand for cross-functional initiatives.
- Organize and drive growth-focused events and corporate branding efforts.
- Set and report on quarterly objectives.
- Provide strategic oversight on projects agreed at the start of each quarter.
- Participate in MBO, focusing on execution and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in strategic leadership and growth initiatives.
- Strong data analysis and reporting turning data into information and actions.
- Ability to align corporate strategy with financial targets and objectives.
- Oversight on Group strategic imperatives and implementation/execution to deliver outcomes.
