Belonging in the Workplace: The Importance of Intersectionality

At Trinnovo Group. our Diversity Network is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within our organization. Comprised of four essential employee engagement groups (EEGs): Pride Network, Gender Network, Ethnicity Network and Mental Health Network.

We marked a significant milestone as our Diversity Network convened its inaugural strategy session of 2024. We're proud to announce that since July 2023, our team has completed an impressive 42 charity days and contributed 60 mentoring hours!

To celebrate, we hosted a get-together with the fabulous Whitney Simon, Senior Account Director at Missive. Whitney spoke with Micha Swallow about the importance of intersectionality in the workplace, and how this can enable a culture of belonging.
