Our platform is a global movement on a mission to promote gender equity, close the DevOps gender gap and inspire the future leaders of the technology world.
Through our diversity, leadership, learning, and development solutions, we help organisations become more equitable employers. We collaborate with our sister brands, recruitment specialists that find, engage, and place diverse talent into the technology space. From the spark of an idea to a global network of over 18,000 followers, Women in DevOps is thriving, and it's thanks to our incredible community.
We have big plans, including our entry into the train-and-deploy staffing landscape, where we aim to bridge the skills gap and elevate the workforce to create long-lasting impact and talent pools that are more representative.

Magic Breakfast
Our charity partner is Magic Breakfast, who exists because there are children and young people in the UK who are arriving at school hungry. The Magic Breakfast mission is to remove morning hunger as a barrier to learning. They do this by providing filling, nutritious breakfasts to over 230,000 hungry children in 900+ schools each morning.
Coding Black Females
Coding Black Females was created in 2017. They are a nonprofit organisation, and their primary aim is to provide opportunities for Black female developers to develop themselves, meet familiar faces, network, receive support and build relationships through having regular meetups.
Code Institute
Code Institute is a global leader in delivering the coding skills that help people switch to a career in software development within a year. Demand for software developers is rapidly escalating as digitisation accelerates, and hundreds of thousands of new roles open up every month. Their online-programmes give learners a direct pathway into these careers.
