Ryan started his journey in recruitment after graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2010. Initially focused on the Software Engineering contract market in London, he made the transition into consulting and solutions in 2016. He now heads up our consulting arm, Trinnovo Consulting, with a remit to deliver outcome-driven, proven, and reliable tech and FS solutions for our valuable clients across Europe. Outside of his career, Ryan is a proud father, a keen runner, and a passionate amateur writer.
