Kendall focuses on Software Engineering positions in the US; including Front End, Back End, Full Stack, Managerial and Embedded Software Engineering positions.

Kendall has a degree in Economics with minors in Accounting and Spanish from the University of New Hampshire. Since graduating, she has been working in recruitment for over six years. Five of those years have been specialized in Software Engineering recruitment. She focuses solely on Software Engineering roles and having such a well-defined specialism in this area allows her to have an impressive, in-depth knowledge of the market. This not only includes an excellent network of successful candidates and clients but also allows her to have a rare insight into hiring trends, salary benchmarks and talent attraction techniques.
